To Julie's family;
I was a student at East Park from 1969 to 1977. I remember her well. She was always so kind to all of us kids, but if we acted up, she was sure to correct us right on the spot. Dorothy and Mrs. Williams watched over us also. Her husband Frank presented me with my diploma from East Fairmont in 1981. A great lady she was, and I am thankful to have known her.
