Obituary of Chad Ross Hess

Mr. Chad Ross Hess, 69 of Rivesville, WV passed away on January 26, 2022 at WVU Hospitals, Ruby Memorial, Morgantown, WV. He was the son of the late Raymond and Beulah Yost Hess. He is survived by five sons Nicholas Hess of Louisville, KY, Douglas Hess of Modesto, CA, Bryan Hess of Charlotte, NC, Derek Hess of Bryan, OH and Steven Hess of Edgerton, OH and three grandsons Caiden, Harrison and Devin Hess. He was also preceded in death by a brother Kim Hess and two sisters Sandy Bock and Penny Morgan. Chad graduated from Rivesville High School. In his mid-twenties he moved to San Francisco to work and later moved back to the east coast and retired in quality control for J.K. Moving Services. His retirement years were spent in his home town and working at Tonya’s Bar. He enjoyed camping and fishing at Big Bear Lake and riding ATV’s. He will be missed by his family and friends.
