Obituary of Kevin Fay Kisner

Kevin Fay Kisner, 63, of Fairmont, West Virginia passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2022 in the Fairmont Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. He was born September 13, 1958 in Fairmont, WV the son of William Ray Kisner and Letha Leona Heston Kisner. He was preceded in death by his wife Paula Jean Thompson Kisner on November 25, 2021. Kevin is survived by three sisters and two brother in laws Donna Mays of Morgantown, WV, Dana & Bob Clark of Fairmont, WV and his twin sister Kathy Jean & John Jett of Worthington, WV, an Aunt Emma Jean Mayles, an Uncle Fay Heston, his best friend Bob Clark, several nieces and nephews Letha Devine, Heather Shumate, Joshua Mays & his wife Kelly, and several great nieces and nephews Hayden Austin & his wife Morgan, Riley Austin, Lily Devine, Landon Mays, Hannah Shumate, and Sarah Shumate. He was formerly employed by the West Virginia North Central Community Action Association, Inc. Kevin was Baptist by faith and a 1976 graduate of East Fairmont High School. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Fairmont Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center for Kevin’s excellent care and to his Angels Susie Jett and Chuck Hawkins (his Buddy). The family will receive friends at the Ford Funeral Home, Ford Chapel, 201 Columbia Street, Fairmont, WV 26554 on Friday, April 15, 2022 from 4-8p.m. and Saturday, April 16, 2022 from 9-10 a.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home Saturday at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Jim Zinn officiating.
