Obituary of Robert Alan Coffman

Robert Alan Coffman, 51 years of age passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2016 in Linden, VA. He was born February 11, 1965 in Fairmont, WV the son of the late Robert Arnold Coffman and Janet Cyphers Coffman of Fairmont, WV. He is also survived by his fiancé Bethany Rosenberg of Linden, VA and a uncle Ronald Alan Cyphers and his wife Diane of Moatsville, WV. Robert graduated from East Fairmont High School in 1983. He furthered his education and currently was working on a master’s degree. He worked as a computer operator for Frontier Communications. When Robbie was young he spent a lot of time with his Grandfather and Grandmother Cyphers. Along with his Dad, Robbie enjoyed hunting and cheering on the West Virginia Mountaineers and Pittsburgh Steelers. Friends will be received at the Ford Funeral Home, 201 Columbia Street, Fairmont, WV on Friday, October 14, 2016 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. The funeral service will be celebrated in the funeral home at 1:00 PM with Pastor Jim Solomon presiding. The interment will follow in the Grandview Memorial Gardens, Fairmont, WV. A dinner celebrating Robert’s life will be held following the committal service at Galilean Baptist Church. Condolences may be extended to the family at www.fordfuneralhomes.com.
