Obituary of Lynette Nicole "Nicki" Russell Malone

Lynette Nicole “Nicki” Russell Malone, 47, of Fairmont passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. She was born in Fairmont on March 30, 1975, the daughter of Mary Schell Russell and the late Wayne Scott Russell. In addition to her mother, Nicki is survived by her good friend, Brian Davis; aunts; uncles; cousins; and other friends. Nicki was a graduate of Fairmont Senior High School and attended Fairmont State College. She worked at Lockheed Martin for the FBI, Poky Dot, Fairmont State College, and Fairmont General Hospital. Nicki enjoyed reading, music, taking care of her cats, and taking spontaneous trips. The family has entrusted arrangements to Ford Funeral Home, 201 Columbia St., Fairmont, WV 26554. In accordance with Nicki’s wishes, her body will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
