From Dr. Errol “ Pud “ Reese. A class mate of Frank at Pleasant Valley School and E F H S. Frank was my Best friend in school and my first impression was the fact Frank read the dictionary! Frank was a wonderful family member and my brother-in-law. I have known Frank for nearly 40 years.
My first impression of Frank was his personal unique ability to strike up a conversation with everyone he
met.
I had graduated nursing school and was picked to to be "Miss Hope" via the American Cancer Society
and assigned to make a proactive speech at a dinner/conference at a local restaurant. Even though I
completed speech class in college, I had limited public speaking experience. Frank attended this event
along with myself and my family and after the speech I asked him to critique my delivery and he politely
replied: "When you are speaking to a group of people, don't be afraid to look them in the eye and actually
talk to each individual." I took Frank's advice to heart and through the years of my career, I knew that he
contributed to my improved ability to be less nervous and be myself when talking to a group of people in
public.
Over the years, I really enjoyed Frank's gift of storytelling skills and all the conversations we shared.
I will miss him greatly.
Love ya Frank.
Roxanna L. Rinehart (Terri's sister).

Heartfelt condolences to Terri, all the Price children and grandchildren and his many friends. I stood beside him on more than one occasion doing “How Electricity is Made.” As a colleague he was top notch, but he was an even better caring and kind human being. I will always remember him fondly. Rest In Peace, Frank.

Rest in peace, Frank. I have many fond memories of you, e.g., starting Fairmont's Street People running club and the many good-natured arguments we had about politics as we traversed our favorite running routes around Fairmont and beyond. Rest in peace my friend. You crossed the finish line in the race of life, and ran it ever so well. -- Your running buddy, Marshall

So sorry for your loss. I'll always remember Frank as having a big heart, a clever sense of humor, and a quick smile. And such a wonderful, impactful friend and running companion to my older brothers. I can still picture them talking and laughing about some intense and competitive runs. Good times.
Our deepest sympathies.
