Obituary of Mary Catherine Eddy Feather

Mary Catherine Eddy Feather, 94, of Fairmont, WV, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at her home in Fairmont. She was born on September 9, 1928 in Hagans, WV. A daughter to the late Rex Burl Eddy and Zelma Francis Cordray Eddy. Mary is preceded in death by her husband, James “Fid” Feather. She is survived by her niece Terry Kave, of Fairmont, her nephew Mark Feltz, of Tennessee, along with three cousins, Cathy Parlett, of Fairmont, Steve Parlett, of Williamstown, WV, and Chuck Parlett, of North Carolina. In addition to her husband, Mary is preceded in death by her sister, Sarah Waneta Feltz. Mary was a Lamp Plant Employee of the Westinghouse Corporation of Fairmont, WV. and was a graduate of East Fairmont High School. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ford Funeral Home, Ford Chapel located at 201 Columbia St. Fairmont, WV. 26554. Friends will be received in the funeral home on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 from 5P.M. until 8P.M. and again on Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 12 Noon until 1P.M. The Funeral Will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 1P.M. with Reverend Stanley Merrifield officiating.
