Obituary of Stephanie Sue Long Jimmie

Stephanie Sue Long Jimmie, 71, of Rivesville, passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. She was born in Fairmont on April 27, 1952, a daughter of the late Patsy and Georgia Willis Long. Stephanie is survived by her loving husband, Anthony “AJ” Jimmie; two sons, Josh and Jacob Jimmie; three grandchildren, Easton, Gabriel, and Gianna; many great-grandchildren; sister, DeEtta Amoroso and her husband Joe; brother-in-law, Charlie Jimmie and his wife Lana; several nieces and nephews; and several friends, especially on Hayhurst Street. In addition to her parents, Stephanie was preceded in death by a son, Criss Jimmie; first husband, David Boyles; and her in-laws, Charlie and Helen Jimmie. Stephanie was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and worked at Hills, and was a pharmacy tech at Walmart and at Rivesville Community Pharmacy. A committal service will be held at Mt. Zion Cemetery, 95 Mt. Zion Road, Fairmont, WV 26554, on Friday, July 7, 2023, at 11 a.m. with Father Kishore Varaparla, H.G.N. and Sister Stella Cronauer as celebrants.
