To all who knew Jeff: I'm an older cousin on his Mom's side.
Yes, he was a giver - I'd never seen a young man so dedicated to his Mom, sister Paulette and wife. He visited his Mom in a nursing probably every day, he took care of his ailing/debilitated sister Paulette daily until she passed.
I always got a kick out of Jeff's school photo attached - I'm confident Jeff's Mom, Dad and two sisters were there to bring him home at the crossover. And that God is giving Jeff the much-needed rest he deserved.
