Obituary of Pamela K. Horner
Pamela K. Horner, 7l, died December 20th at home after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Born in Fairmont, WV, she lived in Millville, NJ for nearly 60 years before returning to WV to spend time with her mother.
She was a 1970 graduate of Bridgeton High School and became a nurse who worked for the South Jersey Hospital System in the ICU and eventually became a home health nurse for Cooperative Home Health/Holy Redeemer. She married her soul mate, Wayne in 1971 and was married 30 years. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with her family, reading, watching her favorite shows, and marveling at her granddaughter’s accomplishments.
She is survived by her son, Eric Horner, daughter, Marcia Horner DeFelice and husband Eric DeFelice, granddaughter Isabella DeFelice, mother Geraldine Trickett (nee Davis), and aunt Carolyn Bennett.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Horner in 2002 and father, Bert Trickett in 1993.
Memorial donations in her name can be made to The Salvation Army.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ford Funeral Home, DeGarmo Chapel 207 Second Street, Rivesville WV 26588. Pamela requested to be cremated and there will be no service.
