I traveled to the Charismatic Conference in Rome in 1975 with Karen and had my eye on her for a Sister of Charity, until she had her eyes on Jimmy Archer!I attended their wedding on Easter Sunday and the choice of the date was a testament to their faith in the Resurrection of their Lord Jesus Christ.Little did we know then how much they would need to cling to that faith through the deaths of their children Kelley Ann and Christopher and then Karen herself.I honor Jimmy for the heroic way he clung to that faith through his sickness and death and pray he obtain for us that faith in eternal life.Jimmy give my dear friend Karen my love.
