To JoAn and entire family....
My sincere condolences for the loss of a brother, father and husband. I had the pleasure of meeting Ralph several
years ago on one of his trips to Las Vegas. We all adored him and had a wonderful time. Periodically throughout the
years we would keep in touch with him through his sister. He would refer to us girls as the "goils".... He would say to
JoAn "say hi to the goils for me".... New Yorker accent :) I loved his sense of humor and I know his family meant very much
to him..... Rest in Peace my dear Ralph.

Dear JoAn
My sincere condolences on the passing of your brother. I will always remember Ralph as a proud man, who loved all his family. During the years knowing him through you makes me realize what a wonderful big brother he was to you and a loving husband to Sue and father to his girls, Susan and Valerie. I will always remember that big smile he had, his deep voice and a great sense of humor. What a guy! Rest in Peace, Ralph.

I remember Ralph for his smile, his sense of humour and his hospitality to the bunch of crazy Canadians who descended on Fairmont 30 years ago to celebrate Val and Ryan's wedding, and on subsequent visits. He was a warm, genuine and generous man who I will always associate with fond memories of good times. My sincere condolences to all his family and friends.

A candle can only emanate the light from outside of us - as the light from within fills the Universe. Rest in Peace my brother!

What an awesome brother Ralph was, who was so full of honor for his country, love for his family, loyalty and devotion to his wife, and a proud grandpa, and a typical older brother full of mischief yet love for his mom, dad and me.
He certainly was one of a kind. Not one to share his feelings, not one for taking things too seriously in certain matters, yet a deep thinking man who had lots of interactions with himself in the quiet times of his life, more than he let on to others. He loved his family – took such good care of his mother after our father passed, was proud of his father’s achievements in life. He loved adventure and had wonderful stories to tell about them. He got so much joy out of making people laugh, even if some of his jokes were a bit corny.
I was blessed and honored to have him in my life from the day I was born - and being the last one of the Greinert family unit, I rejoice in his re-connection with our parents.
He will be missed by all of us who loved him. Our memories will fill the void as each day is a new awakening in to the wonders of life's journey - to the end of ours. My human side mourns the loss of the physical, yet my spirit celebrates his homecoming.
He is at peace!
