Mother, Even though your 4 children forgot they have a brother named after their father, Charles A. Railey. (Andy) wanted to tell you I loved you dearly, I will love you forever. I wish I only could turn the time back and try my life again. I would have changed many things. But the one thing I am glad that would not of changed was you. I love you, I miss you. I remember many Halloween's when you came into my school as a witch, and handed out cookies and candy. I never forgot that. Mom, part of my heart died Saturday night, when I lost you. Heaven gained an Angel.
