Hello My name is Richard Parker and I am sure none of you know me. Jackie Bush was my mothers sister. I had the privilege of meeting Ruben on a few visits to West Virginia and I could see that he was a real nice man. I am sorry for your loss and my condolences to all of the family and friends of such a good man.
