I’m very sad to hear of my neighbors passing. Dick was one of the hardest working men I’ve ever met, a great neighbor and friend. I knew him my whole life and he will always have my greatest respect. He was a proud member of the Barrackville community and will be truly missed. Rest In Peace Dick
