Obituary of Jody Lynn Honce

Jody Lynn Honce, 66, of Bridgeport passed away unexpectedly at her residence on March 1, 2020. Jody was born on July 26, 1953 the daughter of Thomas and Patricia Ice, surviving in Quiet Dell. She was a 1973 graduate of Roosevelt Wilson High School. She is survived by James F Honce, her husband of 46 years. She was preceded in death by two sons, John Thomas Honce and James Aaron Honce and her sister Peggy Myers. In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by two grandchildren Autumn and John Honce, daughter- in-law Amy Honce, five siblings: Mike Ice, Gary Ice, Craig Ice, Kitty Emerson, and Brad Ice as well as her best friend Cathy Barnes. Friends will be received at the Ford Funeral Home, 215 East Main Street, Bridgeport, WV on Sunday from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. A Funeral Prayer Service will be celebrated in All Saints Catholic Church, 317 East Main Street, Bridgeport, WV on Monday, March 9, 2020 at noon with Reverend Father Patsy Iaquinta presiding.
