Obituary of Robert Lee Baltzley

Mr. Robert Baltzley, 87 years of age of Williams Avenue, Bridgeport, WV passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020 at United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV. He was born March 23, 1933 in Clarksburg, WV the son of the late Charles and Hilda Clear Baltzley. He was preceded in death by his wife Peggy Jean Baltzley in 2019. They had celebrated sixty-nine years of marriage. He is survived by a daughter Terri Allen; two grandchildren Jeri Clark and her husband Eric and Garrett Baltzley; one great grandchild James Clark. He was also preceded in death by a son Rob Baltzley; a son-in-law Dwight Allen; a brother Bill Baltzley and two sisters Peg Harig and Roselyn Lutz. Bob was a graduate of Washington Irving High School. He retired from Ace Hardware as a sales person. He was gifted with fixing all sorts of items and did this often for family and friends. A graveside service will be celebrated at Bridgeport Cemetery on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 1:30 PM with Pastor Scott Whetzel presiding.
