To Mr. Railey's Family: My sincere condolences go out to your family. Before Covid shutdown the WVVNF, I would visit with him when I visited my mother. Mr. Railey was a kind, dear man, and always had the sweetest things to say. He so loved lots of sugar in his coffee! He will be missed. Beth Allman (Evelyn's daughter)
