I dearly loved Jakie. Her sense of humor, joy, and indomitable spirit were enough for someone three times her size. She had a straight-talking manner, and a frankness that was delivered with love and compassion. She was known for her Monday-morning Quarterback session, calling the Pastor and other church members to critique the Sunday message as only she could. She was devoted to her faith and her family and she will be deeply missed. Rest well, friend.
